Our Policy

2behold Web Design  offers 24/7 email support to field technical questions that may arise. We also support your website even if you decide to manage the site in-house after its completion. If we can't resolve the problem by email, we will call clients for additional support. Email is the fastest and most efficient way to resolve technical issues, questions or website updates. That being said our clients are always welcome to contact us by phone. 

Our policy for updates included hosting:

21.95 Monthly unlimited web ready graphics and text updates.

Most of our clients update their websites several times a month. Typically sending us pictures to add to a gallery, a change in pricing, changes alerting visitors of new specials or products offered. We understand in the beginning stages of a new website there will be frequent updating and fine tuning.
We use the term 'unlimited' because there generally is no limit to how many updates we perform monthly.
Websites that will have regular weekly updates that involve converting and fine tuning files, in order for them to fit and or load quickly, may not qualify for our standard monthly update pricing. This more complex regular site updating falls into the Site Management Category.
We charge by a case by case basis. Our website updating is fast with very reasonable rates, compared to industry standards.

Technical Support Policy

We will service technical problems that directly relate to products or services performed by our company. In the process we may be able to answer some general computing questions that arise, but this service is not intended to replace proper training on computers or the general operation of software programs.

We will not be responsible for any loss financial or otherwise incurred from technical problems of our products or services. However we will assist in correcting problems relating specifically to our products or services.
